Again, Tri-City Pianos proudly donated the use of a grand piano to the Guelph Jazz Festival. We are delighted to be a part of Guelph's arts community and enjoy working with the wonderful staff and volunteers at the festival. A special thanks to Valentina Morelli, Joe Sorbara and Chelsea Masse for making the logistics look easy.
For the last nine years, Tri-City Pianos is proud to provide the Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival with a grand piano. This year's musical artistry was outstanding (as usual) and illustrated the wide range of styles blanketed underneath the genre of jazz. The piano saw its fair share of action as twelve of the fifteen acts used it. Thanks to all the volunteers who make events like this possible. Also, thanks to Derek Hines, Cheryl Ewing and the other members of the board for facilitating such a wonderful event.
Once again, The K-W Kiwanis Finale concert was spectacular! The addition of a pre-show performance of traditional fiddle tunes performed by the Eastwood Fiddlers and Emily Pavlin's performance on the erhu were some of the highlights of the evening. Try-City Pianos was, as always, happy to provide the grand pianos for the event. A special thanks to the festival's coordinator, Danielle Beck, for putting on such a memorable concert. She is a treasure.
